Graphic Designer Creates Hyper Realistic Motorcycle Helmets Based On Your Skin Tone
Graphic designer Jyo John Mullor creates hyper realistic motorcycle helmets based on your skin tone
Jyo John Mullor, a digital artist based in Dubai, created these insanely realistic human-skin motorcycle helmets. So realistic, in fact, that you might believe there are people out there carrying out the kinds of crazy experiments you’d see in a wacky sci-fi/horror film. Don’t worry, these things aren’t as real as they appear.
Motorcycle helmets used to be simple shells that you strapped around your head. Then came the speed bikes, and the enclosed look took over. Human skin is the newest craze. Well, sort of.
Mullor, a former design lead at Hyundai and Haagen-Dazs (yes, the ice cream company), is working on a project called “Human Helmet,” which is all about creating hyper-realistic concept designs shaped like human heads. It should be noted that these are not actual production motorcycle helmets for riding, but rather digital designs that use photo editing software to merge human heads to helmet proportions.
